Please subscribe to Brisbane Netball Association Updates for regular information on the Summer Season.

Moddies & Intermediate Divisions will be playing on Tuesdays commencing from 3rd October 2023.

Junior & Open Divisions will be playing on Wednesdays commencing from 4th October 2023.

There will be no finals, grading or wet weather wash-out rounds this season.

UNIFORMS

All uniforms are ordered through our Blue Jays website here - Uniform Shop

Compulsory Items:

Dress $65 or Playing Singlet $32
Bike Pants $37.50
Socks $12

* Playing singlets can be paired with black shorts or black leggings.

Uniforms must be paid in full prior to collection. Second hand may also be available through our Second hand page on Facebook - Blue Jays Secondhand Uniforms

Please ensure you check your player's shoes for grip and appropriate support to help minimise risk of joint-related injuries.

SNS 2023 - AGE GROUPS

* Club Graders may choose to place players in higher divisions, where skill level is appropriate.

** Players born in 2016 MUST have completed the SET tier of the NetSetGo Program to be eligible to register in Moddies

Club Graders will try to keep Moddies teams together as much as possible for Summer 2023. Other age groups will be subject to movement based on player movement (TIP / age), skill and feedback.

MODDIES (or GO) PLAYER AGE GROUPS

With Moddies (NetSetGo) players born from 2014 - 2016, the below table assists with determining the most appropriate division for the 2023 Summer Night Season. Please email registrar@bluejaysnetball.com if you have any queries.

TRAINING

The format for training over Summer 2023 is still to be confirmed. At this stage:

training will be in age groups, not teams, and will be more focused on individual player skill development rather than team / strategy.

these training sessions will take place on Thursday nights at BNA courts TBC

attendance for these sessions is not compulsory, but recommended. Players will register for sessions they wish to attend.

Teams will still have their designated coach that will take care of them during games and likely attend these training sessions with them.
